Form Subject: Application for Certificate of Occupancy
Form Short Summary:

Prior to occupancy of all new residential and new commercial structures, the owner/tenant must submit an application for a Certificate of Occupancy.

Existing Commercial Buildings, upon change in use or occupancy, must be inspected prior to occupancy and be issued of a Certificate of Occupancy.

The application fee for a Certificate of Occupancy is $25.00.
