NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

LA VERNIA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

 

The La Vernia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 102 E. Chihuahua Street, La Vernia for the replatting of the HEB-La Vernia Subdivision, being all of a 15.734 acre tract of land situated in the City of La Vernia, Wilson County, Texas being all of former Lot 1, Block 1, HEB–La Vernia, a Subdivision of Record in Volume 10, Page 91 map records of Wilson County, Texas and all of that certain quitclaim tract of land conveyed to HEB Grocery Company, a Texas Limited Partnership, in the July 29, 2010 Texas Transportation Commission’s Meeting, Passed in Minute No.  112371 as recorded in Volume 1573 Page 764 of the Plat Records of Wilson County, and to subdivide the property into Block 1, Lots 1, 2, and 3 at which time all interested parties shall have the opportunity to be heard with respect to the proposed replat.
