Notice is hereby given that the La Vernia City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at La Vernia City Hall located at 102 East Chihuahua Street, La Vernia, Texas, at which time all interested parties shall have the opportunity to be heard with the respect to the proposed amendment to allow Cleaning or Laundry Self Service Shop in C-1 Retail in Zoning Ordinance No. 23, Article II, Land Use Classification, Retail Related Service Uses.
