On April 9, 2009 at the Regular Meeting of the La Vernia City Council, the Council adopted Resolution No.040909-04, a resolution of the City of La Vernia, Texas establishing a fee schedule for solicitor registration; providing for an effective date.

Section 1.  Solicitor Registration Fees

Solicitor registration annual fee -        $25.00

Registration fee for person, company or organization that sponsors or employs one or more minors required by ordinance to pay an annual fee (Section 9A).            $25.00

Section 2.  Amendment of Fees

The City Council may change the fees at any time.  Following the approval by City Council of the amended fees and the effective date, the City shall post the changes in rates and charges at City Hall, and publish the fees in the local newspaper.
