NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PROPOSED CHANGE OF ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
LA VERNIA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
AND
LA VERNIA CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the City of La Vernia Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on the 2rd day of March 2010; and the La Vernia City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on the 11th day of March 2010; with both Hearings to be held at the La Vernia City Hall, 102 East Chihuahua Street, at which time all interested parties shall have the opportunity to be heard with respect to the following proposed change in Zoning Classification for property described as follows:
From present classification of C-1 Retail to C-2 General Commercial
City Lot #120, located at 13562 US Hwy 87 W., La Vernia, Texas, 78121 |
