Notice Short Summary:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 LA VERNIA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

AND

LA VERNIA CITY COUNCIL

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of La Vernia Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on the 1st day of May 2012; and the La Vernia City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on the 10th day of May 2012; with both Hearings to be held at the La Vernia City Hall, 102 East Chihuahua Street, at which time all interested parties shall have the opportunity to be heard with respect to reconciling the conflicting language in the Zoning Ordinance No. 120910-01, Chapter 5 Supplemental Regulations, Section 2H Stacking Requirements for Drive-Through Uses and the Subdivision Ordinance No. 041008-01 Appendix C Transportation and Street C.15 Access and Driveways, F. Driveway Throat Length or Vehicle Storage Length including Table C-4 Minimum Driveway Throat Lengths.
